When talking about hotel “Katerina” cuisine, it is worth noting that it is not only Swedish, but Russian and European as well. We renew our menu several times a year using bright kaleidoscope of Swedish, French and Russian recipes.
French cuisine is one of the most sophisticated, which is why we could not ignore it. In our menu you will find mushroom cocotte, crabmeat coquille with spring onion, cheese, fennel and white wine, as well as traditional French onion and potato soup, and many, many others.
