The building was founded in 1932-1933, than reconstructed and some time later, in 1980, it began to fulfil functions of the hotel.
«Russ» is a three-star hotel where you can find 149 hotel rooms (266 beds), including: “Three-room apartment”, “Three-room suite”, “Two-room mini-suite”, “Double VIP”, “Twin Comfort”, “Twin Superior”, “Two-room Double”, “Twin standard room”, “Single”, “Single superior” and also “Two-room triple” rooms.
There are telephone, radio receiver and TV set in all rooms.
Every VIP or Comfort-class double room also has a refrigerator or mini-bar, and an electric tea-pot.
Our guests can enjoy listening to music with help of wireless, watch programmes on different russian or foreign channels, and also movies the films, which are transmitted on the cable channel.
