Welcome to Old Town Apartments, the original and the best apartment hotel in Warsaw. Our accommodations are located in and around the nicest and most central areas of Warsaw – mostly in charming historical buildings of the Old Town. We offer you twice as much space as a hotel. Get a kitchen, living room, independence, CD players and cable TV. Sleep four people for the same price as two in a hotel room! With a multilingual office in every location we give exceptional service too. Please note, that our apartments are located in various locations in the Old Town.

Our apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, with no elevator (there are no elevators in the Old Town).

Our reception is open from 9:00 until 17:00.
If you plan to arrive after 5 p.m. please contact the reception earlier to schedule a meeting to receive your keys.

We accept payments in cash and by credit cards (cash: Polish zlotys, euro and US dollars). There is a 2% charge for most credit card payments (Amex 4.2%).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Prepay Policy
No deposit will be charged.
