Area information

Our hotel enjoys a privileged position; we are only 5 minutes on foot from the Santa Lucia train station, 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma, the terminal for cars and shuttle buses from the airports, and 3 minutes from the vaporetto stop. From here you can traverse the Grande Canal to Rialto, the Gallerie dell’Accademia; Saint Mark's Square, the Palazzos and to all of the most beautiful and renowned sights in Venice.

By Boat:
From Venice Marco Polo airport:
Take the orange line of the Alilaguna motorboats that leave hourly from the dock at the airport.
Exit at the Guglie stop and cross the Guglie Bridge.
Keep the Campo San Geremia on your left-hand side until you turn right into Lista di Spagna.
Our hotel is about 200 yards ahead on the left.

By Public Transport:
You can also reach the hotel by land in about 45 minutes.
Take a shuttle bus to Venezia – Piazzale Roma, the car terminal.
Then take ACTV vaporetto number 1 or 82 to the Ferrovia stop.
On foot, head right into Lista di Spagna.

By Foot:
Our hotel is 5 minutes on foot from the Santa Lucia Station.
Exit the station and turn left into Lista di Spagna.
