Area information
This lovely summer resort is located in the southern part of Paros Island. Originally a fishing village, it is nowadays very popular with visitors. There are several restaurants on the beaches, with traditional Greek food cafes and bars. The most beautiful beaches of Paros, such as Aliki beach, Piso Aliki, S.Nikolaos, tripiti, and Faragas, are within walking distance.
A range of cultural events and activities take place in the area: including 23 June (Revival of Ai Giannis Klidonas) and 6 August (Fish Festival).
Aliki beaches are ideal for water-sports. There is always a choice between deep or shallow waters and between busy and deserted little creeks for swimming and diving. You could also visit the famous Scorpios museum and you can have yoga lessons with a famous teacher.
In Aliki, diving is one of the most famous sports. Moreover, for those who are interested in other sporting activities, basketball, football and tennis courts can be used for free in the area.

By Plane:
- The flight from Athens to Paros takes about 30 minutes.
- The airport of Paros is 2 km away from Aliki.
By Boat:
- There are daily ferry and high-speed ferry services connecting the Athens port of Piraeus to Parikia harbour.
- By ferry boat it takes 4.5 hours, and 2.5 hours by high-speed boat.
- The harbour of Parikia is 10 km away from Aliki.
By Bus:
- A regular bus service from Parikia to Aliki is available hourly in the summer outside of the port.
- From the main bus stop of Aliki and the village's main kiosk, take the road to Ageria.
- You will find the hotel about 100 metres away on your right, or you can stop at the second bus stop in Aliki.
