The Termas Pallares Spa was established in 1863, at a distance of 204 kilometres from Madrid and 116 from Saragossa. A referent among the large 19th century Spanish spas, with the charm and greatness of its years of splendour, it is surrounded by a natural environment, which would be difficult to find elsewhere.
Health is in water, and the Romans knew that, which is why they settled here, in this magnificent environment of thermals springs and baths to take advantage of the benefits of the mineral-medicinal waters of the Spa.

Hotel information
Here at Termas Pallares we can sense the history that surrounds us. There are many men, periods, ideas and to remember them we have to go back in time more than 2000 years, to when the therapeutic properties of the Spa were first known.
Beginnings
The history of its buildings dates from 1863, year when the construction of two hotels and a casino was undertaken. The latter was inaugurated in 1910, a time when, as the story goes, quite a few fortunes were lost on the tables of the splendid halls (today used as congress and conference halls).
The rooms of the Spa have housed monarchs, politicians, artists, writers…
The Present
Today its elegant architecture recalls all the glamour of the authentic 19th century Spas, where the fabulous vision of a sparkling past exists alongside the total comfort of our days.
Room information
The Spa has two buildings for accommodation, the Termas Hotel and the Parque Hotel (connected on the interior by a passageway). It has 3-star category and a capacity for 68 and 181 people, respectively.
Termas Hotel
The Termas Hotel was built in 1863 and its rooms faithfully reflect the architectonic splendour of the 19th century, but they have been carefully remodelled and redecorated, in search for harmony between the style of the period and the comfort of our days.
Parque Hotel
This houses the thermal and leisure treatment area: gallery of baths with jet showers, therapeutic massage rooms, “parafangos” (mud and paraffin) in relaxation booths, circular showers, mud wraps on thermal loungers, aesthetics and beauty consultancy, aerosols, and vaporisations.
Food & Beverage
The Spa restaurant offers a meticulous and varied gastronomic offer, based on creative Mediterranean cooking, combined with traditional cooking. All of the dishes are seasoned with Virgin Olive Oil.
Our chef, Luis Simon, suggests the tasting menu (ordered in advance) for your more special dinners and celebrations.
The Spa has a homemade cake service together with its card of carefully selected dessert wines. You will be able to choose from an extensive wine card from its winery, including Aragonese D.O. and Rioja D.O.: Young, Crianza and Reserva wines.
If you choose a slimming diet, your dishes will be carefully selected from cardiovascular cooking or dietetic and creative cooking.
