In our garden we grow approximately 80 different types of medicinal herbs and cooking spices.

Our herb workshop gives you the opportunity to see how teas, pestos and perfumes are created.
On the first floor of the hotel you will find a lounge and reading room with a panoramic view of the vineyard.

All of our guest rooms offer a wonderful view of the Mosel. Our lift ensures that even our elderly and mobility impaired guests can comfortably access all of the hotel's facilities.
Food & Beverage
Our menu, which is strongly influenced by regional cuisine, offers not only organic products but also gluten-free meals and foods low in purines.
We favour ingredients from local suppliers who practise organic farming, and combine these with our home-grown herbs, spices and gathered wild herbs. To accompany our dishes, we offer wines from our own vineyard.
