Our recently restructured apartments are conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the historic and city centres, with excellent transport links to the popular attractions and surrounding scenery.
The tranquil location is a few minutes by foot from Wenceslas Square. We are within easy reach of the museum district, train station and metro, but we offer an airport shuttle and car rental. The area in which our hotel is set has many bars and restaurants serving international cuisine and traditional Czech dishes.
We offer spacious and well-furnished apartments in a recently constructed building. You can benefit from all the independence of apartment living, with the facilities of a hotel, providing you with the freedom and opportunity to explore Prague at your leisure. Namesti Republiky and Vaclavske Namesti are a short distance away. The customer care offices are located in the same building and are open 9:00 to 18:30, excluding weekends and holidays.
Room information
The attics and apartments range from 55 square metres to 65 square metres and are of recent construction, located close to city centre.
The apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Income, kitchen equipped with every comfort, wide bath with WC, box shower or shower, washbasin, table for 6 people, very illuminated living room with 1or 2 double beds sofa and satellite TV.
The apartment is equipped with linen from bath (small towel and large towel), bed linen, toiletries, kitchen appliances, automatic coffee machine for espresso coffee, cappuccino and tea, hair dryers and independent heating.
The kitchen consists of electrical cooker with 4 stoves, washbasin, fridge/freezer, tools and table cloths.
The rooms also include a useful folder with city information and useful numbers.
Food & Beverage
Restaurants and bars are open for lunch and dinner, close to the palace. They serve international cuisine but also Czech specialties.
Area information
We are situated in a quiet area rich in bars, restaurants and public amenities. Behind the palace you will find a famous castle with a large exhibition of pictures and a wonderful Italian style garden.
Wenceslas Square – less than 1 km:
Within walking distance, this famous landmark is less a square than a boulevard, featuring a range of shops and a large choice of bars and cafes.
Riegrovy Park – 300 metres:
Stroll through this park and enjoy some excellent views of the city.
Travel information
Oikes Apartments offer a pick-up service from the airport, station or motorway, to their offices and to the apartments.
A one-way journey costs:
EUR 10 per person from the airport or station.
EUR 35 ( total ) by car.
This service must be pre-booked. You can reserve your return journey when you arrive at the Oikes office in Prague.
To the offices by Car:
- Follow signs for Holesovice, then Teplice and Prague Zoo.
- The offices are near the zoo and Troja Castle.

Shuttle service: A shuttle service is available for an additional charge. The shuttle service must be booked in advance. For arrivals during the night, there is a shuttle service with private minivan. Please contact the hotel directly for information regarding the shuttle service.
