The hotel's restaurant serves traditional dishes with a contemporary touch with a varying seasonal menu;
Spring: Wild garlic, fish and Asparagus dishes.
Summer: Grill specialities, Steaks and salads.
Autumn: Wild dishes and buffet (Venison, etc), traditional Swiss Rösti.
Winter: Chinese Fondue from the buffet, Cheese Fondue, different Cordon-bleu.
There is also a long wine list with red and white wines from the region of Wallis.
Travel information
The Fiesch-Fiescheralp is an exceptional holiday region with a wide spreading view over the region of the Wallis from the ride in the telecabin to the Eggishorn (2926m). It is the entry to the Aletsch region. The wide choice on sport and leisure activities will move mountains. You just have to try it! UNESCO’s World heritage the Jungrfrau-Aletsch-Bietschorn with the biggest glacier in the Alps, the Aletsch glacier.
