We offer something completely different to a hotel: 56 very nice furnished flats (35-60 m²) with hotel service in a great renovated factory in the centre of Brussels.
Every flat has its own fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge, seats and sofas, desk and TV, while most of the flats have a separated bedroom. This makes them ideal for a convenient and economical stay in the centre of Brussels.
On demand we can provide breakfast packages, while car parking is available (at an additional cost) and there is wireless broadband internet in the whole building.

Our complex with garden offers something different to people who are tired with standard hotel rooms.
You can cook your own meals and since we provide seats and sofa's you don't always have to use your bed to watch TV.

They are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself "home away from home"
and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.

Our complex has no own bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.
On walking distance there are also a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

Please take notice that our reception is only open from 08:00 until 09:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00. Our manager lives in the complex and can always be reached by telephone, though.
