The Hotel Park-Villa is an original Jugenstil-building built in 1888, during the times of the Art Nouveau. This privately family run hotel offers an excellent service with old Viennese charm and style. Most rooms have adjoining balconies.

Our hotel is located in the district "Döbling" . Since the 19th century the Vienese call this area the "Cottage District".
Döbling is the most noble address in Vienna. Due to the very central location and the lovely green surrounding with vineyards and parks, this district became to a most preferred residential address for international companies, ambassadors and other corporate institutions.

The original Viennese Mansion-hotel offers 21 comfortable rooms. 11 rooms also offer a balcony faced to the hotel garden or to the alley. The hotel was renovated in 2006.

Our Mansion-Hotel is a typical Hotel Garni and offers only a daily Buffetstyle-Breakfast which will be served in the Salon or in the lovely hotel garden.
Our Breakfast-Buffet offers:
A choice of Austrian bread, fresh fruits in the basket, various cereal dishes and nuts, dryed fruits, several cakes, fruit juices, cheese from the platter, sliced cold ham and chacuterie, warm egg dishes with crispy bacon and Nürnberger Saucages.

In the closed vinyard area of the former Villages Grinzing, Sievering and Neustift one can realy enjoy all year round the most typical Viennese athmosphere of “Heurigen”- wine taverns. Most of theses “Heurigen-Taverns” have also live music every evening.
The Viennese Brewerie Pub “Fischerbräu” offering homebrewed beer, a guest garden and a Sunday-Jazz-Brunch.
Further more the Café´Restaurant Graf with it’s Viennese Cuisine, in summer they serve on the garden terrasse, the Restaurant Café Weimar close to the Volks-Opera with Piano Music and Viennese Cuisine, the Restaurant La Marée with specialities from the mediterranian French and Italian Cuisine, the Restaurant Die Meierei located in the lovely Türkenschanz Park nearby. There are also several Asian and Japanese Restaurants in the hotel area.
Our family Restaurant the “Paulus Stuben” close to the Vienna State Opera down town offers very typical Viennese Ambiance and Cuisine at reasonable prices, and on several evenings of the week they also play Viennese live music and musical pieces.

In the very closed hotel area ou will find the following Universities:
University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU), University for Translation Siences, Univ. for Archeology, the Univ. of Economics. Most of these universities can be reached by walking.
The Vienna New Fairgrounds, the Vienna Int. Austria Congress Centre and the Congress Centre Hofburg can be reached within 20 – 30 minutes by public transport.
The city centre can be reached by bus nr. 40A, opposite the hotel, within 12 minutes only!

PERSONAL AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE :
At the standard rate of a taxi, of Euro 37,- (rate of January 2006), we can personally pick you up from the arrival hall of the airport. A driver would show your name sign. For your transfer booking we kindly request all flight details.

The A1 - Motorway ends in the 'Wiental'
- Follow straight till Castle Schönbrunn Main Entrance
- In front of the castle you will see a big round about.
- Go in left lane and turn left into the roundabout.
- Continue always straight for about 3 miles approx. 4 km:

Pötzleinsdorfer Strasse
Turn at Türkenschantzpark to the right and continue straight up to
Hasenauerstrasse - at the oposite end at nr. 12 you will find our hotel.
Direction coming from "SÜDAUTOBAHN" number A 2
You come to Vienna on the SÜDAUTBAHN direction ZENTRUM.
Your way ends in "Triester Strasse".
Under the railroad bridge you reach the GÜRTEL - turn to the left under the bridge.
Keep on the Gürtel about 5 km, you pass the WESTBAHNHOF (railway station) and a little bit later the AKH - hospital (two huge buildings on the right hand side).
At the VOLKSOPER (to your right) turn left - you enter into the WÄHRINGER STRASSE.
When you reach MARTINSTRASSE turn right. After a few metres, this street is called GYMNASIUMSTRASSE.
Go straight until you pass the park at the right side (WÄHRINGER PARK) take the first turn to the left - HASENAUERSSTRASSE.
The hotel is at number 12 on the right side of the street.

Disabled persons are very welcome at the hotel however there is a stairs at the entry and the place is not really suitable for wheelchairs.
The hotel has non smoking floors and 1 smoking floor (the third).
There is a bus which stops in front of the hotel and will bring you directly to the city centre.
