This small, independently run hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, near the Wienerwald, just outside the city centre.
All rooms are unique and the small hidden winter gardens have a special character. Some of the rooms have a balcony with garden view.
The city centre is reachable with the tram within 20 minutes.
In the near neighbourhood you will find the "Wiener Höhenstrasse", and the famous "Heurigen" in "Grinzing" and "Neusift am Walde"

Single, double, triple and quadruple rooms are all available. All are equipped with a shower or bath and some have a balcony. Rooms are airy and decorated in light, neutral shades.

A Viennese breakfast buffet is served daily from 06:30 until 10:00
Area information
The city centre can be reached by tram in circa 20 minutes.
Close to the guest house are the Wiener Höhenstrasse and wine regions of Grinzing and Neusift am Walde.
Travel information
Arrival from the Westbahnhof:
Take the U6 underground line (towards Floridsdort) to Alser Straße. Then take tram number 43 (towards Neuwaldegg) to Neuwaldegg.
Arrival from the Südbahnhof:
Take tram D (towards Beethovengang) to Schotttentor. Then take tram number 43 (towards Neuwaldegg) to Neuwaldegg.
Arrival from Wien/Schwechat airport:
Take the airport shuttle to the Westbahnhof and follow the directions as above.
