Reception hours are Monday - Friday 07.30 to 20.00 and Saturday - Sunday 07.30 to 18.00.
If the hotel’s reception and the front door are closed, please use the booking’s code for the "hotelomat", an automated check-in machine.
You can store any valuables in the safe located at reception and a luggage storage is also available free of charge. Convenient payment by credit cards is on offer by Bankomat and Paybox.
For an additional charge there is a washing machine and a dryer available for guests.
Child-care facilities are impressive and the hotel is well-equipped for children. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are all available free of charge and depending on availability.

The reservation will be held until 20.00, should you arrive later please notify the hotel directly. The hotel will be closed after 21.30. Should you arrive after this time, you will receive an access code for the door. With this code you can also get your room key.
The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.

All children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
